Terms of Service
Last updated: August 6, 2026
TrackMySprites.com ("the Site") is a free, non-commercial, fan-made tool for tracking your Fortnite Sprite collection. By using it, you agree to the terms below.
1. Not affiliated with Epic Games
TrackMySprites.com is an independent fan project. It is not produced, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Epic Games, Inc. Fortnite, Sprites, and all related names, images, and assets referenced here are the property of Epic Games. We operate under Epic's published Fan Content Policy, which permits free, publicly accessible fan websites like this one — nothing here should be read as claiming any official status or relationship with Epic.
2. This is a free, non-commercial project
The Site does not charge for access, run ads, or sell anything, and it won't start doing so without revisiting this policy. Keeping it non-commercial is also a condition of Epic's Fan Content Policy — if that ever changes, this page will say so.
3. Accounts
You need an account to track your collection. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. Don't share your login, and use a password you don't reuse elsewhere.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the Site to:
- Try to break, overload, scrape aggressively, or gain unauthorized access to it or other users' accounts
- Upload or submit anything illegal, obscene, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
- Use it in any way that violates applicable law
Accounts that do this may be disabled without notice.
5. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is," run by a fan in their spare time. We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that Sprite data (drop rates, locations, abilities) is fully accurate — it's community-tracked and can go stale between updates. Don't rely on it for anything where being wrong would actually matter.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TrackMySprites.com and whoever operates it aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Use it at your own discretion.
7. We can end the service
Epic can revoke fan projects' permission to operate at any time under their Fan Content Policy, and we may also shut down, suspend, or change the Site ourselves at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. We'll try to give a heads-up if we reasonably can.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update this page as the Site changes. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
